Industrial base
- fabrication of elements and spare parts for power units;
- fabrication of steel structures for different purposes;
- re-bedding for sleeve shaft bearings of any diameters and subsequent boring to the required size;
- repairs of HV and LV motors of various ratings including insulation replacement and restoration of stator winding sections. Testing of stator windings after maintenance in enterprise owned certified electrical laboratory;
- mechanical treatment of parts including large-size rotors up to 1600 mm in diameter, maximum length up to 8000mm, maximum weight up to 40 t;
- repairs of non-standard equipment;
- re-blading of turbine rotors
The enterprise owns the following facilities to perform testing after maintenance and overhauling:
- laboratory for measuring equipment, I&C;
- laboratory for metals and weldments;
- HV equipment testing laboratory.
