  • Ensure maintenance of labor and technological discipline of society employees, compliance with social guarantees and labor protection;
  • Ensuring the participation of employer representatives in collective negotiations. Work as an employer in concluding collective agreements and contracts. Fulfilling obligations under the collective agreement;
  • Coordinating long-term business trips and vacations with the supervisory board. Notify the Supervisory Board about the person performing his duties during his absence;
  • Observing all the rights of shareholders to receive information provided for by the current Law "On Protection of Joint-Stock Companies and Shareholders' Rights", participation in general meetings of shareholders, calculation and payment of dividends, etc.;< /li>
  • Protection of the interests of society in state institutions, regardless of the form of ownership, in all organizations and enterprises;
  • Ensure the improvement of their qualifications, as well as the Company's officials, by participating in training courses, seminars and other events;
