In light of this, the management of "O‘ZBEKENERGOTA'MIR" JSC is implementing modern approaches aligned with current demands. Specifically, in order to enhance employee qualifications without interrupting the production process, and to bring them to a level where they can independently work with foreign technical literature, the company has established foreign language courses.
This initiative was introduced by the Human Resources Department, creating convenient learning conditions for employees that are closely integrated with the production process. This approach not only strengthens the employees' linguistic abilities but also enhances their skills in handling technical documentation.
Thanks to these language courses, employees gain direct access to technical literature in English, as well as documents and practical manuals developed based on international experience. As a result, their professional competencies improve, and "O‘ZBEKENERGOTA'MIR" JSC’s capacity to participate in international projects significantly expands.
